Meet Benatar.

Benatar was a dog we rescued from Eastern Colorado whose harness was left on for so long that imbedded into her skin. She has been treated by a vet but will require follow up care and medications. She is currently with one of our fosters who says she is the sweetest thing. This girl deserves a chance to know what a loving forever home is so we also want to get this sweet girl to work with a trainer to help build her confidence with people and other dogs.

Any donation amount will help her so that someday soon she will know what a loving home is.

Benatar has a vet appointment on Monday...

Stay tuned for updates

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, our intake is currently open, but modified to meet national, local & state mandates.

We ask that all interactions between Cooper's Companions' volunteers, pet surrenderers, and potential adopters wear a mask to cover both nose & mouth.
